Summer and Fall Fair Registration - Due June 7th! (Sun, June 07, 2026)

Registration opens for the summer and fall fairs June 1st at noon through June 7th at noon. This year we'll be doing things a bit differently in the interest of giving as many people an opportunity to participate in the pop-ups, reducing the rush to register online in a single day, and encouraging volunteerism. After this registration period is complete, we will notify you which pop-ups you have been admitted to, at which time you can complete the payment, photo submission, and job preferences in order to confirm your participation.

Potters may select a "top choice" of Summer Fair Only, Summer (but would want to participate in both if available), Fall (but would want to participate in both if available), or Fall Fair Only
Pop-up participants will then be determined by lottery for the pop-up they listed as preferred, and if there are available slots remaining, lottery will determine who gets selected for both fairs once everyone is assigned to at least one event
Those who are admitted will then be asked to pay the $50 registration fee through the OPA Website and submit photos for social media advertising through a follow-up email
This will serve us as a trial period to allow us to test this new registration system and gain feedback before the holiday fair (note: there will be 2 different holiday fair options this year! More info to come soon...)

The Pop-Ups will take place as follows:

Summer Fair: July 10-12 @ Portland Nursery (5050 SE Stark St, Portland, OR 97215)
Fall Fair: September 25-27 @ Cornell Farms (8212 SW Barnes Rd, Portland, OR 97225)

Any mixed media work must be predominantly made of clay.

No seconds or discounted artwork allowed.

All art must be priced appropriately.

Artists must setup and be ready to sell by the beginning of the event. There is no packing up or leaving early.

Cost of this event per space: $50 to OPA + 10% of sales to the nursery.

Spaces will be roughly 10' wide x 6' deep.

You are welcome to share your space with another member, but include their name & email contact when you register so all participants are being promoted.

Participants need their own indoor display set up, point of sale system, and wrap materials.

Set up will the Thursday afternoon before the sale at 3:15 pm and continue Friday morning at 9 am
