July 14 OPA General Meeting. There will be round table sessions with old and new friends. Please bring a couple of pieces of pottery; perhaps one so nice you wanted to keep it for yourself, and another that illustrates a technical problem you have – or haven’t – solved. We will break into small groups based on firing types – Low Fire, Cone 6, Cone 10, Atmospheric, and perhaps Sculptural – and talk about our pots and our studio practice. Each group will have a brief moderator’s guide to facilitate the conversation. We will be in Room 07, see you there.
